Thanks for your interest in Florida Wild Fine Art (FWFA). My goal is to create happy customers, so we are trying our best to communicate clearly. Here’s the skinny on how we roll…

RETURNS – ARTWORK:
Because of the nature of the products (original art and/or made-to-order reproductions) I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges at this time unless the item is damaged in shipping. Every effort is taken to make sure shipped items are insured. It is important to follow the shipper’s instructions carefully including proper documentation and photos of any damage. Contact me for any special circumstances and I will try to assist as much as I can.

RETURNS – ART UPGRADE PROGRAM:
Available only to qualified buyers of Limited Edition Hand Embellished Canvas Prints, this program allows you a chance to upgrade your FWFA canvas reproduction to an in-stock ORIGINAL painting of your choice, as long as you own the art. Basically, you purchase the FWFA original of your choice, then return your undamaged Limited Edition Hand Embellished Canvas Print to us, then we return the full purchase price you paid for the Canvas Print back to you (minus shipping). Please note, Open Edition Canvas Prints are not eligible for this upgrade — only Limited Edition Hand Embellished Canvas Prints. All art upgrades must be verified and approved by the artist in advance on a case by case basis, and some restrictions apply; for example the Giclée canvas print must be returned to us undamaged in original condition and we cannot guarantee we will have that original (or any originals) in stock at that time, so you must please contact the studio in advance to see if you qualify and review the options.

RETURNS – APPAREL & GIFTS:
If the item is misprinted, damaged or defective, we will gladly make it right! Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted by email within 5 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Buyer must contact us via email before attempting to return any products. These items are printed to order and these vendors will not refund your orders for what they consider buyer’s remorse; such as wrong size, wrong color, perceived quality, etc. So, if you don’t like the color or size, we suggest gifting the item to a friend, then let us know and perhaps we can offer you a discount on your next purchase.

SHIPPING:
FWFA is currently shifting over to FREE standard shipping to the lower 48 U.S. for original artwork and reproductions, which includes insurance and special packaging designed to protect your art purchase. Please allow up to 4 to 8 weeks for processing, scanning, packaging and delivery of artwork. Please understand, the Giclée reproductions are not a stocked item, they are made to order by the fine art service provider, plus time for the extra steps of hand embellishment and signing your beautiful print. As we near holidays, the demand for these goes up and production time can be impacted. If you have a time critical order for a birthday or other event please contact me in advance to see if it will be possible. Shipping on items from my FWFA Apparel & Gifts section is handled by the merchandise vendors and sent to you directly from their facility.

CARE OF YOUR ART:
In general, original oil paints and Limited Edition Prints are said to be resistant to fading, however I still recommend displaying these items in an area that is not in direct sunlight. FWFA Originals are usually sold unvarnished and in a state of drying; some coatings require at least a year of drying before application; if you decide to add any surface coatings or sealants, always seek out the services of a fine art professional to avoid damage. Limited Edition Prints do not require any coatings.

ART DETAILS:
Dear buyer: Each one of my originals is hand-painted so please expect some occasional stray brushstrokes and imperfections; this is part of the appeal of original art; you are purchasing a one-of-a-kind, special and unique item! Be advised, colors on actual artwork will always appear slightly different from computer screens. Every effort is made to use images online which represent the art faithfully, but due to variations in calibration from one device to the next, the idea of ‘exact’ color is beyond my control. If color is critical to you as a buyer and you are planning to be in central Florida we might be able to arrange for a viewing before purchase of an original painting.

SALES TAX & PAYMENT OPTIONS:
The FWFA website is required to automatically charge the applicable sales tax for orders in Florida. For orders shipped to other states, buyers are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. In addition to PayPal and major credit cards, we can usually accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. dollars only. Please contact me for best payment mailing address. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow approximately 10 banking days or more after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $35 fee on all returned checks.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, FWFA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. FWFA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.

COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARK:
All copyright and reproduction rights are reserved and retained by the artist. These rights are not transferred to the buyer. Any purchased work may not be reproduced by any process without proof of permission by Kim B. Parrish. The artist reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work and to promote, publish and display such work for marketing purposes. Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on this website, including artwork, photos, text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Kim B.
